About The Position

This role involves leading the development of executive-level reporting, providing visibility into portfolio performance, risk, and delivery status. It oversees governance and daily operations within the Production Services organization, aiming to improve organizational efficiency through standardized workflows and operational controls. The position manages cross-functional relationships with various teams, aligns investment planning, headcount strategy, and performance tracking. It serves as a strategic partner to executives, translating organizational goals into actionable plans, managing the strategic portfolio roadmap, and implementing OKR-based planning. The role also identifies and removes delivery risks, drives talent and workforce programs, implements employee engagement initiatives, and develops internal communication strategies. Up to 10% domestic and 10% international travel to JPMC sites is required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Management or related field of study.
  • 3 years (36 months) of experience in the job offered or as Infrastructure Platforms Production Services, Transformation Coach, Agile Coach, or related occupation.
  • 3 years of experience with analyzing operational data using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and Alteryx to build executive dashboards that visualize operational KPIs, synthesize capacity modeling, demand forecasts, cost optimization and resource allocation.
  • 3 years of experience with designing and implementing executive operating cadences and translating strategic priorities into cross-functional workstreams using Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Confluence, and PowerPoint, including mapping dependencies, delivery milestones, critical paths, and supporting leadership alignment, business reviews, and OKR development.
  • 3 years of experience with preparing and delivering executive-level reporting, including business reviews, dashboards, and operational scorecards, by synthesizing data sets into concise insights for C-level stakeholders.
  • 3 years of experience with managing large- scale, cross-functional programs and portfolios across global teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategy.
  • 3 years of experience with establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, portfolio review processes, and delivery models to drive consistency, transparency, and accountability across multiple product teams.
  • 3 years of experience with developing and delivering executive-ready content including newsletters, town hall scripts, innovation papers using PowerPoint, Word and Confluence.

Responsibilities

  • Align investment planning, headcount strategy, and performance tracking using the Portfolio Intelligence tool.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to executives and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
  • Translate organizational goals into executable workstreams and actionable plans.
  • Manage the strategic portfolio roadmap to ensure alignment with long-term technology objectives.
  • Implement OKR-based planning and streamlined delivery models.
  • Identify delivery risks and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum.
  • Drive execution of talent and workforce programs across Production Services teams.
  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve organizational engagement and leadership development.
  • Develop and manage the internal communication strategy to ensure transparency and timely information sharing.
