Lead the development of executive-level reporting, including monthly business reviews, dashboards, and operational scorecards. Provide visibility into portfolio performance, risk, and delivery status. Oversee governance and daily operations within the Production Services organization using proprietary frameworks and structured processes. Improve organizational efficiency through standardized workflows and operational controls. Manage cross-functional relationships with Finance, HR, Product, and Engineering teams. Align investment planning, headcount strategy, and performance tracking using the Portfolio Intelligence tool. Serve as a strategic partner to executives and coordinate across cross-functional teams. Translate organizational goals into executable workstreams and actionable plans. Manage the strategic portfolio roadmap to ensure alignment with long-term technology objectives. Implement OKR-based planning and streamlined delivery models. Identify delivery risks and remove roadblocks to maintain project momentum. Drive execution of talent and workforce programs across Production Services teams. Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve organizational engagement and leadership development. Develop and manage the internal communication strategy to ensure transparency and timely information sharing. This position requires up to 10% domestic, and 10% international travel to JPMC sites.
