About The Position

The Manager is responsible for making sure the store runs smoothly and that the team provides the best possible customer service. This role involves meeting overall objectives and maintaining corporate standards for customer service, sales, operational performance, and visual presentation. The Manager must also be familiar with effective recruiting techniques, provide meaningful training, and use staff development and evaluation tools to motivate the team and help them shine.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize the performance and profitability of the store.
  • Train team members to master customer service, sales techniques, and product features.
  • Analyze sales results and find innovative solutions to boost sales.
  • Schedule employees based on performance and in-store traffic.
  • Set sales goals, make a plan to achieve them, and share them with the sales team.
  • Keep the regional manager informed on store tasks and activities.

  • Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspirational role model.

  • Conduct performance evaluations for the entire store team.
  • Manage labor disputes and apply disciplinary actions in accordance with the law and corporate policies.

  • Create an attractive and inviting store based on planograms with the help of the team.
  • Keep track of competitor activities.
