About The Position

Carroll Construction Supply is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its Arlington location. This role requires strong construction knowledge, sales, and operations experience, along with a strong desire to succeed. The Branch Manager will be responsible for heading up and growing Carroll's business in the Arlington market. Carroll is a fair, honest, and team-oriented company that has recently become employee-owned and has expanded to over 35 locations across 15 states.

Requirements

Strong construction knowledge.
Sales and operations experience is a must.
Previous knowledge and experience in construction materials and concrete accessories is a must.
Proven experience managing branch operations, inventory, customer service, and profitability.
Strong leadership skills.
Experience in sales development and sales management.
Extremely motivated, competitive, and results-oriented.
Driven for success and willing to go the extra mile to support customers and the team.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

Civil construction, concrete construction, and Tilt-Up construction experience is highly preferred.

Build strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and key decision-makers.
Manage branch operations efficiently while controlling expenses.
Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
