About The Position

We are looking for a dependable, skilled, and customer-focused Manager to join our growing apartment community team. If you are passionate about people, property, and making a difference we’d love to meet you!

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an on-site Property Manager required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Exceptional leadership, fiscally responsible, dispute resolution, and project management skills.

Nice To Haves

• CAM, CAPS, or ARM credentials are highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in property management software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate the on-site leasing and maintenance staff to achieve property goals.
• Manage property budgets & expenses, approve invoices for payment.
• Oversee timely rent collection, manage delinquencies, and handle legal eviction processes when necessary.
• Resolve elevated resident concerns, ensure fast resolution of maintenance issues, and drive resident retention.
• Maintain full compliance with Fair Housing laws, local building codes, and generate regular performance reports for owners.
