This position will implement strategies and programs designed to acquire and retain tennis players by strengthening recreational play opportunities, including initiatives that engage young adults and those connected to higher education institutions, to support broad-based participation. The role involves assisting in the development of strategies to attract new tennis players, supporting player retention initiatives, and implementing acquisition and retention programs in collaboration with USTA Sectional Associations. The Manager will lead meetings, trainings, and presentations, serve as a primary point of contact for collegiate and recreational play initiatives, and act as a liaison for national and partner organizations. Additionally, the role involves supporting committees, planning and executing events, facilitating meetings with Sectional Association staff, encouraging the use of USTA digital platforms, preparing reports, processing expenses, and providing on-site operational support for national events.
