Barracuda Networks is seeking a highly driven and strategic Manager, XDR Sales to lead one of our fastest-growing businesses. This leader will be responsible for driving the overall growth strategy, execution, and performance of Barracuda's Managed XDR portfolio across North America and Latin America. This role will lead a team of XDR Specialists focused on accelerating pipeline creation, increasing market adoption, expanding MSP and channel engagement, and driving revenue growth across both sell-through and managed service provider motions. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Channel, Marketing, Product Management, Product Marketing, Strategic Alliances, and Enablement teams to scale the Americas XDR business and strengthen Barracuda's position as a leader in managed security services. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who combines strong operational discipline, cybersecurity expertise, channel experience, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
