About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a passionate and motivated Global Senior Workplace Planner to join the Real Estate & Site Services team. Based in Santa Clara, you will support global teams in EMEA, APAC, India & Israel. You will be essential in managing space allocations, creating scenarios, and interpreting data to align our real estate strategy with business goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • More than 6 overall years of demonstrated real estate planning experience along with over 3 years in a management role.
  • Outstanding data analytics capabilities.
  • Comfort working in multiple time zones.
  • Enjoy working in a high-growth, dynamic company, and possess excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
  • Excel in a dynamic workplace by partnering with different departments and fulfilling demanding deadlines.
  • Strong verbal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to speak publicly to all levels of the organization.
  • Comfort presenting data to the highest executive level
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of balancing multiple planning projects effectively.
  • Proactive and solution-focused, with strong attention to detail.
  • Enjoy collaborating with a team of thoughtful and creative individuals.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CAFM (Serraview or OfficeSpace preferred).

  • Experience in Tableau is a bonus.
  • Experience in international real estate planning.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
  • Proven ability to successfully implement complex planning strategies.
  • Advanced knowledge of occupancy planning software.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day occupancy planning activities and space allocations, ensuring they align with business unit requirements and strategic goals.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with business contacts to understand their needs and provide flawless space solutions.
  • Lead executive level presentations with business unit leaders on their space needs and their space utilization.
  • Implement, track, and report on current space allocations and FlexSpace designations, collaborating with the MAC team and keeping the Serraview system up-to-date.
  • Manage Occupancy Planner(s).
  • Work with the RESS leadership team to develop and lead the master occupancy plan for the growing Santa Clara Campus.
  • Support smaller global sites as they grow.
  • Build planning scenarios using qualitative and quantitative data, applying tools like Tableau and CAFM, and provide in-depth analysis to support space strategies.
