The Workday Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery, optimisation, and governance of HRIS capabilities across the organisation. This role partners closely with stakeholders across HR, IT, and business units to ensure HR data, workflows, and systems effectively support our People & Culture strategy. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Workday, experienced in scaling HR technology within growing organisations, and has proven track record driving continuous improvements in both system configuration and operational processes. A key part of this role is advancing automation, efficiency and responsible AI adoption within the HR function. The Workday Manager will help evaluate, deploy, and govern Workday AI features and HR related AI use cases—ensuring implementations are secure, ethical, and aligned with our HR and data governance standards. The goal is to improve efficiency, insights, and decision making while maintaining strong human oversight.
