This role leads and develops Supervisors and teams across Automation, Inventory Control, and Shipping & Receiving. The Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient truck loading, smooth automation performance, and consistent operational oversight for all warehouse personnel.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of warehouse or inventory experience required.
  • Experience managing supervisory-level employees required.
  • 3+ years in a warehouse or inventory leadership role preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Effective leadership skills to guide and develop supervisors.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Intermediate PC and database skills.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems.
  • Ability to repeatedly lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds and perform tasks involving standing, walking, kneeling, bending, and reaching.

  • Forklift certification preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, evaluate, and develop team members.
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations.
  • Schedule staff to meet operational demands.
  • Allocate space to support effective stock rotation.
  • Maintain proper inventory levels and minimize product loss.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations.
  • Protect company assets.
  • Champion a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audits, safety and quality standards, and external regulatory requirements.
  • Manage labor and OPEX budgets.
