As a Manager, Vision Care Inside Sales supporting Vision Care Sales Team, you will be trusted to develop and coach Inside Service Representatives (ISRs) and Inside Account Managers (IAMs) to transition into Vision Care Account Manager roles through a structured development process. This role includes virtual and in-field co travels to aid in ISR and IAM field readiness, conducting quarterly business reviews with each IAM on gaps they are covering, quarterly development discussions to address performance gaps and access strengths and actively recruiting new talent pipeline for the Inside Sales team. In addition the Inside Sales Manager will collaborate with the Senior Sales Leadership Team (SSLT), Regional Directors, marketing, and sales operations to align ISR projects with the organization’s strategic priorities. The position also involves providing quarterly business updates to SSLT and Regional Leadership Teams.
