About The Position

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of Virtual Sales team operations, ensuring profitability, exceptional customer service, and efficient supervision of staff. This position is located at 2221 Lakeside Blvd. Richardson, TX 75082 and you would be required to report there for your shifts.

Requirements

1+ years of related sales, retail, or call center customer facing experience.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.

Responsibilities

Lead a Virtual Sales team to accomplish sales, customer satisfaction and operational goals.
Ensure the team meets sales performance, profitability targets and high levels of customer satisfaction through coaching and training of employees.
Provide ongoing training and professional development to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Leverage digital tools to streamline sales processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Oversees employees responsible for sales, customer experience, and operations. Responsible for assigning tasks, implementing sales plans and adherence to company policies. Leads the team to maximize sales, customer experience and operational efficiency. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, and promotional activity for subordinates.
