About The Position

As the chief clinical training site for the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, the hospital provides a dynamic environment for high-quality care, teaching, and cutting edge research. The Manager Vascular Lab, in conjunction with the attending Vascular Surgeon, oversees the performance of various vascular studies on scheduled patients, departmental staff, and the proper functioning of the laboratory. This role also assists with program development of vascular studies performed at other TUHS entities.

Requirements

• Formal training from an accredited ultrasound school.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5 years experience as a Vascular Laboratory Technologist
• Reg Vascular Technologist

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in a related field
• 1 year experience in supervising others

Responsibilities

• Oversees the performance of various vascular studies on scheduled patients.
• Oversees the departmental staff.
• Oversees the maintaining the proper functioning of the laboratory.
• Assists with program development of vascular studies performed at other TUHS entities.
