About The Position

The Student Hospitality Management Program (SHMP) is a hands-on, leadership-focused internship designed to give you real experience in hospitality operations—while you’re still in school. You won’t just shadow—you’ll participate, contribute, and grow.

Requirements

• Must read, write, and understand verbal instructions
• Must complete a sanitation course either before or during first year
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic
• Maintain emotional control under stress
• Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program
• Ability to resolve interpersonal situations
• Strong organizational skills
• Must be a student at the Aramark location

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations (opening, closing, and service execution)
