Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be market oriented
- Ability to succeed in a matrix cross-functional environment across all levels of the organization
- Demonstrate leadership and delivery of consistently strong results
Responsibilities
- Raise the organization's overall knowledge to help perform at the highest level through demand forecast accuracy
- Lead forecasting and analysis activities for the commercial function working closely with leaders of Brand Growth (Marketing), Customer Development and Finance as well as their teams
- Assist in developing and reporting on key consumption, retail and financial metrics ultimately informing and improving financial forecasts
- Provide timely analysis and insights each reporting period and design and execute the Integrated Planning Cycle, ensuring forecast accuracy
- Support the monthly business review process including presenting and working with cross functional Senior Leadership reporting risks and opportunities and framing overall health of business
