About The Position
Direct, manage and evaluate services provided by the Unit and Staffing Coordinators on a 24/7 basis, in a manner that meets continuous quality improvement, supports nursing functions, processes and staffing levels, meets financial requirements, supports patient access, flow and safety, and provides service excellence to patients and families. Collaborate with department leaders to assure standard work where appropriate and engage in effective partnering with leaders to support their needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of three (3) years of management experience
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s and/or Masters degree in health care, business or related field
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience managing complex schedules
