About The Position

Under the supervision of the Program Director, the Configuration Management Transformation Manager is responsible for piloting, adapting, and ensuring the local deployment of all "R03" processes applicable to their scope. An expert in Kaizen methodologies and change management, their mission is to ensure the strategic and operational realignment of all departments with this new process framework. They also act as the leader of a cross-functional team (MFT) dedicated to configuration change management, all without direct personnel management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in aerospace (industrial engineering, processes, continuous improvement).
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or any other relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in transformation project/program management or Kaizen initiative deployment.
  • Solid experience in leading cross-functional teams (MFT) and in configuration change management.
  • Strong ability to influence within a cross-functional team (influence leadership, without hierarchical link).
  • Highly autonomous, motivated, and flexible; excellent priority management and strong ability to synthesize complex issues for steering committees.
  • Bilingualism in French-English, with advanced oral and written proficiency, required for communications and reviews with the client and international teams (France).
  • Proficiency in the Office/Google suite.

Responsibilities

  • Establish the roadmap and actions required to ensure the integration and execution of the R03-focused transformation plan.
  • Lead Kaizen initiatives and optimize/redefine existing processes as needed to align perfectly with R03 requirements.
  • Ensure transformation monitoring through regular governance with steering committees.
  • Work closely with all internal functions (Operations, Quality, Engineering, Industrialization, Procurement) to realign their work methods according to R03.
  • Traverse the Program value chain to break down silos, bring stakeholders together, and resolve technical issues related to the adoption of these new processes.
  • Conduct dedicated reviews with the client and senior management to share progress, successes, and the transformation's readiness level.
