We’re looking for a Manager, Training Coordination & Enablement to join our growing National Claims Learning & Development (L&D) team. Reporting to the Director, National Claims L&D, you will lead the team that keeps our learning ecosystem running smoothly and reliably for Claims. You bring together and mobilize a team that focuses on knowledge management, training coordination, enablement expertise, and eLearning integration to ensure claims employees can access the right information and training at the right time—accurate, consistent, and aligned with current contracts, processes, and regional realities.
