Requirements

Recent graduate of a 2-year technical/trade program or 4-year college/university.
Leadership experience (school, athletics, military, work, student organizations).

Responsibilities

Rotate through key departments to build a complete understanding of how the business operates, including Customer Service & Office Operations, Delivery & Logistics, Service & Field Operations, Sales & Customer Growth, and Credit & Financial Operations.
Assist senior leaders with budgeting and financial analysis.
Review performance metrics and operational reports.
Participate in marketing and customer experience initiatives.
Learn industry regulations and company policies.
Support fleet, facility, and operational improvement projects.
Take part in formal company-sponsored leadership training.
