About The Position

Sabre is seeking an experienced, senior-level Manager, Total Rewards to serve as its internal subject matter expert for U.S. retirement plans, fiduciary compliance, and sales variable rewards governance. The role manages administration and compliance for U.S. retirement plans, oversees retirement-plan funding and reporting, and leads reward-program governance. It also supports other plan administration and cross-functional Total Rewards initiatives worldwide.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of progressive, hands-on experience in U.S. total rewards, employee benefits compliance, or global rewards plan administration.
• Advanced Excel and data-modeling skills for large-dataset reconciliations, multi-tiered calculations, and financial true-ups.
• Bachelor’s degree or an appropriate combination of education and experience.

Nice To Haves

• CPSP, CEBS, or CCP credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and fiduciary compliance for Sabre’s U.S. 401(k) Defined Contribution plan and closed Defined Benefit pension plans in accordance with ERISA and IRC requirements.
• Manage retirement payroll-file funding, including accurate contribution processing, loan repayments, match calculations, and true-ups.
• Lead annual Form 5500 preparation and schedules, and coordinate the Independent Qualified Public Accountant (IQPA) audit process with external auditors.
• Manage relationships with recordkeepers, actuaries, trustees, and investment advisors, ensuring adherence to SLAs and service quality.
• Lead reward-program governance, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, and fiduciary standards.
• Support other plan administration and cross-functional Total Rewards initiatives worldwide.
