The Manager, Ticketing serves as a key leader within the PGA TOUR’s broader Ticketing leadership team. This role contributes to the strategic direction, operational execution, and continuous improvement of ticketing across PGA TOUR and affiliated events. Working collaboratively with cross-functional peers, this position helps drive best-in-class ticketing practices, technology adoption, and event support throughout the TOUR ecosystem. The role is central to managing the TOUR’s ticketing platform, supporting event-level ticket builds, ensuring data integrity, and enhancing the overall ticketing experience for fans, players, caddies, volunteers, and tournament partners.
