About The Position

The Manager, Technology Strategy and Transformation translates business goals into technology strategies, investment cases, and prioritized roadmaps that deliver measurable value. The role leads discovery from problem definition through solution selection and remains accountable for adoption and business outcomes after delivery. The manager builds technology strategies and roadmaps, identifies AI, data, and emerging technology opportunities, and leads build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions. The position develops investment cases using ROI, three-year total cost of ownership, quantified benefits, and benefit-realization checkpoints, and translates complex analyses into actionable executive recommendations. The role partners with business leaders and cross-functional technical, vendor, partner, and global delivery teams. It defines requirements, expected value, solution approaches, and success measures; works with technical teams on architecture and delivery oversight; and establishes KPIs and OKRs to connect initiatives with measurable business results. The manager maintains accountability for outcomes regardless of how the work is delivered.
