About The Position

The Manager, Technology Strategy and Transformation translates business goals into technology strategies, investment cases, and prioritized roadmaps that deliver measurable value. The role leads discovery from problem definition through solution selection and remains accountable for adoption and business outcomes after delivery. The manager builds technology strategies and roadmaps, translates executive priorities into requirements and sequenced initiatives, and leads intake and discovery to identify and prioritize business opportunities. The role assesses AI, data, and emerging technology opportunities; leads build-versus-buy-versus-partner evaluations; and works with technical teams to align proposed solutions with enterprise architecture and long-term technology strategy. The manager develops investment cases incorporating ROI, three-year total cost of ownership, quantified benefits, and benefit-realization checkpoints. The role also evaluates technology cost structures, turns complex analyses into executive recommendations, and builds alignment among business, technology, vendor, partner, and global delivery teams. Before delivery, the manager defines requirements, expected value, solution approach, and success measures, then partners with technical teams to oversee delivery and track measurable business outcomes.
