About The Position

The Manager, Talent Portfolio Management serves as the operational hub for the Office of Organizational Effectiveness, ensuring priorities, projects, programs, and organizational effectiveness activities are coordinated across the department's four capability pillars: Develop, Systems, Optimize, and Innovation. Working closely with the Vice President and department leaders, this role manages the organizational effectiveness project portfolio, develops executive reporting, maintains the enterprise talent calendar, coordinates communications to managers, and supports operational excellence across the function. This role provides operational leadership for the Office of Organizational Effectiveness by coordinating enterprise initiatives, managing portfolio visibility, maintaining an integrated calendar of talent initiatives, supporting executive reporting, and ensuring consistent execution across multiple organizational effectiveness programs. Serves as a key liaison with HR Strategy, HR Operations, HR Analytics, Communications, and other enterprise departments.
