The Manager of Talent Operations is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for overseeing and managing part of the employee lifecycle that includes: talent acquisition, orientation, and onboarding. This role leads and develops a team of recruiting professionals while building efficient, compliant, and people-centered systems that support a high-quality workforce across a supportive housing environment. This role will drive high-volume recruitment efforts (including frontline roles), weekly orientation process, strengthen onboarding programs, ensure compliance with employment laws, and partner with senior leadership to improve employee retention. This role blends operational execution with strategic leadership to ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains mission-driven talent. They will drive the process to quality hires and retention practices while keeping the high pace of recruitment efforts.
