Fluidstack is seeking a Talent Operations professional to own the systems that the talent team runs on, including ATS configuration, workflows, SLAs, and reporting. This role will involve building automation across scheduling, referral intake, and candidate scoring to allow recruiters to focus on candidates rather than administrative tasks. Additionally, the position will own hiring data, including pipeline dashboards, funnel metrics, and weekly leadership reports, and will be responsible for running process changes end-to-end, from design and documentation to rollout and enforcement.
