Reporting to the Senior Manager, Learning and Development, the Manager, Talent Development plays a central role in shaping how we grow, develop, and engage our people across the organization. You will bring our talent development strategy to life—delivering practical, business‑focused approaches to leadership development, assessments, succession planning, performance management, engagement, and leadership competencies. This role blends strategic insight with hands‑on execution and is well suited to someone who enjoys building solutions that stick in real, operational environments. With a strong passion for people and an operational mindset, you’ll work closely with HR partners, learning teams, and business leaders across our operating companies to deliver talent tools that support today’s workforce while preparing for what’s next.
