The ideal candidate is an exceptional facilitator with strong presentation skills who enjoys bringing people together, translating ideas into engaging learning moments, and continuously improving programs based on feedback and business needs. This role will play a key part in shaping how employees and leaders develop at the company while helping create meaningful company-wide moments of connection and alignment.
