About The Position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the organization’s recruitment strategy, talent sourcing, employer branding, and hiring operations. This role partners closely with business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and alignment with organizational goals. This strategic role combines leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with hands-on recruiting expertise and data-driven decision-making to support hiring strategies and workforce initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required; relevant full-time experience in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience in human resources, recruiting, or talent acquisition is required.
  • Knowledge of recruiting strategies, sourcing methods, and talent acquisition best practices, along with strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, is required.
  • Ability to build effective working relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and employees in a fast-paced environment is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using HR technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are required.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Professional certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or similar certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with workforce planning and organizational objectives.
  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs, workforce trends, and succession planning priorities.
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Monitor labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
  • Ensure timely and effective hiring processes while maintaining quality-of-hire standards.
  • Implement sourcing strategies across job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and recruitment events.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiting agencies, search firms, and vendors as needed.
  • Partner with the Managing Director, People and Culture and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
  • Develop, maintain, and analyze recruiting metrics and dashboards to evaluate hiring effectiveness.
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve sourcing strategies, hiring velocity, and quality-of-hire outcomes.
  • Ensure alignment between recruitment activities and evolving organizational talent needs.
  • Strengthen the organization’s employer brand across digital platforms and recruitment channels.
  • Ensure a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives through equitable recruitment and hiring practices.
  • Identify and implement improvements to recruiting workflows, systems, and reporting capabilities.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies, and hiring regulations.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment technologies, and analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
