About The Position

The Manager, Talent Acquisition (Recruiter) works with the corporate talent management team to support global recruitment initiatives and process improvements. The incumbent focuses on building and managing client relationships through successfully finding and filling open positions with appropriate candidates.

Requirements

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) Business Admin or Related Field
  • 4-6 years related work experience
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or similar software tool
  • Must have excellent customer service communication skills which are extended to internal and external clients, employees, and co-workers of diverse backgrounds and levels
  • Solid understanding of salary structures, total rewards, and equity compensation
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence hiring managers and candidates
  • Work with a high sense of urgency, ability to remain flexible within a highly dynamic changing environment and still deliver on deadlines
  • Work well with ambiguity
  • Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, positive attitude and high level of initiative
  • Possess and exude a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with the ability to learn required business systems
  • Demonstrated business acumen

Responsibilities

  • Research, recruit, interview and screen applicants for open positions through developing and building hiring processes for a variety of levels from temporary to mid level.
  • Manage, support and promote the use of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) across AEG.
  • Source candidates through various resources including but not limited to: networking, cold calling, internet searches, resume databases, contact lists, conference attendees, affinity groups and employee referrals.
  • Perform or assist with workforce planning such as organizational talent forecasting, talent pipelining, and strategic talent assessment and development.
  • Coach and train hiring managers on recruitment, interviewing processes and best practice.
  • Perform or support employment branding, outreach, networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities to continually build and enhance the talent pool for the organization.
  • Evaluate current hiring process and introduce best-practices to streamline and enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Facilitate discussions and build a consensus when developing and implementing initiatives and recruitment plans with hiring managers.
  • Conduct relevant job analysis, competency and job fit profiling using tools and processes.
  • Work with the Human Resources and Compensation team to ensure that AEG job evaluation and market analysis/positioning and job codes are up to date.
  • Communicate regularly with internal client groups in partnership with HR Partners, Employee Services and other colleagues.
  • Work with Corporate Talent Acquisition team to develop rotational internship program in accordance with DEI initiatives
