The Manager, Talent Acquisition owns the company’s hiring strategy—leveraging data, employer brand storytelling, and modern talent acquisition technologies (ATS/CRM platforms and AI‑enabled sourcing tools) to attract, engage, and hire top talent. This leader collaborates closely with business leaders, HR partners, and Marketing to elevate the end‑to-end candidate journey and ensure recruitment practices support long‑term organizational success.
