About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic recruiting leader to manage the craft hiring engine that supports our operations. As the Manager, Talent Acquisition 2, you will lead a team of recruiters responsible for hiring the skilled craft workforce essential to building our products and powering our projects. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on inspiring recruiters, improving processes, and building strong partnerships across the business. You will guide the team through high-volume hiring cycles, coach them on effective talent strategies, and ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience for all applicants, including welders, electricians, and pipefitters. You will also collaborate with Workforce Development partners during peak periods and as needed, assisting with hiring events, technical school engagements, and community workforce initiatives. While you won't own data reporting, you will be responsible for driving improvements in key metrics such as time to fill and conversion rates. Travel is required up to 25% of the time for hiring events, workforce development meetings, and outreach activities. This role offers a platform to lead, innovate, and make a significant impact by building teams, strengthening pipelines, and helping individuals find meaningful careers in the skilled trades.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline and 6 years of applicable, progressive professional and/or supervisory work experience; OR Master's degree and 4 years relevant experience.
  • US Citizenship Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Labor Relations, Industrial Engineering.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with SuccessFactors or Workday.

Responsibilities
