The Standard is seeking an experienced Manager to lead and oversee System Support functions within their organization. This role involves supervising a team, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient service delivery across departments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system support management, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for improving operational effectiveness. In this role, the Manager, System Support, will lead both business and technical operations for system support and project management functions. This includes overseeing Business Systems Analysts supporting vendor-hosted systems while applying strong problem-solving skills, LEAN principles, and business and technical expertise to collaborate across business and IT teams. The Manager Systems Support will also be responsible for leading audit readiness and execution, as well as proactively managing and eliminating security vulnerabilities. A requirement of the role is the ability to work in the Pacific Time Zone. The ability to travel one to two times a year to Portland, Oregon is also required.
