About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking a manager to lead a team of about 10 software engineers developing GPU stress applications for system-level validation of GPU products. The team works with architecture, ASIC, silicon characterization, and system design groups to develop methodologies that push hardware components to their limits. It builds stress-application suites for products ranging from large GPUs to small SoCs and partners with NVIDIA operations teams to balance product quality, test yield, and manufacturing throughput. The manager will oversee multiple concurrent projects through prioritization and communication, develop technical leaders, and recruit talent. The role also includes advancing agent-driven software development workflows for hardware bring-ups, finding opportunities to improve product quality and production efficiency, driving root-cause investigations of critical issues across functions, supporting corrective actions and continuous improvement, and developing long-term team strategies and execution at scale.
