You will report to the Sr. Director of Systems Engineering, who is dedicated to developing leaders and fostering a strong team environment where individuals can perform at their best. The work setup for this role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a strong connection to the field. The position is field-facing, and while it offers remote work options, regular visits to the office are not mandatory. The role requires approximately 25% travel to engage with customers, partners, and team members, ensuring that you stay connected and involved in key deals and customer engagements. This travel is essential for building relationships and understanding client needs in different environments.
