About The Position

The Manager, Supply Finance is a key finance business partner for PVH’s Supply Chain and Global Operations organization. This role involves managing the Corporate Supply budget and forecasting process, accounting close, and supporting the reporting and monitoring of key financial and operational KPIs across the end-to-end supply chain operations, including logistics and distribution operations. The manager will also be responsible for evolving the Supply finance function to provide meaningful analysis and data for regional forecasts and budgets. The role requires partnering and collaborating with global teams, including Supply and Operation leadership, regional Finance and HR partners, Supply Global Product Kitchens, Brand Finance leaders, and Corporate Finance, Tax, Treasury, Procurement, and Legal teams.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience, including financial planning & analysis; corporate accounting/reporting experience; capital vs expense analysis and return on investment analysis.
  • Experience working in a global company is required.
  • Minimum four-year degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative team building skills; ability to work with a diverse team and influence/drive change across multiple functions.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual that challenges the status-quo.

  • Knowledge and experience working with SAP general ledger and SAP Analytics Cloud (or similar system) and advanced Excel knowledge.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the monthly, quarterly, and year-end close and forecasting processes, semi-annual budgets, and annual strategic plan for the Supply Chain and Global Operations organization.
  • Partner with and guide Supply Chain and Global Operations teams through forecasting and budget cycles, providing guidance, driving targets, challenging assumptions, and ensuring financial plans are robust and realistic.
  • Provide analysis to facilitate reviews with the VP Supply Finance, Corporate FP&A, GOH&CSCO, and CFO, supporting strategic decision-making through bridge analysis, cost analysis by functional area/department/category of spend, and identification/tracking of risks and opportunities.
  • Manage all aspects of forecasting, accounting, and reporting for Supply Chain and Global Operations projects, including upfront forecasts, alignment with Corporate Accounting, and reviews of expense and capital spend.
  • Manage accounting close activities, including reconciliations of payroll and balance sheet accounts, posting journal entries, allocations/direct charges, and below-the-line adjustments.
  • Maintain the Supply Global Transfer Pricing model and liaise with Corporate Tax and Supply regional finance for quarterly billing and year-end true-up.
  • Consolidate and report PVH Supply and operation value metrics supporting the PVH+ plan.
  • Participate in Cost Management Initiatives via Reorganizations, Consolidations, Restructurings, and Expense Control.
  • Ensure compliance and proper application of PVH accounting policies.
  • Provide support on Supply Chain transformation and other finance initiatives.
  • Maintain and execute adequate internal controls and update Sarbanes-Oxley control narratives.
  • Support internal and external audit and external reporting (10-K) requests.
