About the team: The Recommerce team integrates reverse supply chain operations with B2B liquidation to maximize value from returned and excess inventory. By establishing strong operating rhythms, shared performance metrics, and fostering cross-functional collaboration, the team enhances innovation and efficiency within Walmart’s recommerce ecosystem. This group focuses on optimizing supply chain processes, improving network efficiencies, and driving continuous improvement through data analysis and stakeholder engagement. The team plays a key role in managing supplier relationships, performance management, and cost reduction initiatives to support Walmart’s operational goals and deliver measurable business results.
