About The Position

DAP is hiring a Manager, Supply Chain Information and Analytics for its Corporate office in Baltimore, Maryland. The role works cross-functionally to develop and implement tools, processes, and strategies that turn data into business insights. It applies supply chain expertise in planning, operations, and data analysis to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement in pursuit of short- and long-term organizational objectives. The manager designs and maintains data models, reporting systems, scorecards, and dashboards; optimizes data intake, validation, mining, engineering, visualization, and communication; and establishes and monitors KPIs, metrics, and targets. In partnership with Operations and Commercial teams, the role assesses performance, investigates root causes, models potential business impacts, communicates variances against plan, and develops actionable insights. The position also develops and executes a strategic roadmap for supply chain systems, reporting, and modeling capabilities; delivers initiatives to improve fill rates, business performance, and supply chain effectiveness; improves processes with functional stakeholders; maintains documentation; and drives adoption of new capabilities. It trains, coaches, and leads staff, fosters continuous improvement and teamwork, and helps direct reports meet or exceed service and cost objectives. The role requires 10% domestic travel.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
3 years of experience with business intelligence platforms that aggregate and report data across multiple systems, including SQL, Excel, and Power BI.
3 years of experience using data visualization tools to develop supply chain KPIs and dashboards.
3 years of experience using statistical tools to drive inventory management.
3 years of experience automating ERP data extraction and modeling using SQL, macros, or similar tools.
3 years of experience managing BI projects.
3 years of experience translating quantitative data into business recommendations.
3 years of experience defining and managing supply chain KPIs such as capacity-to-demand ratio, safety stock, fill rate, and supplier performance.
Willingness to travel domestically 10%.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain data models, reporting, systems, scorecards, and dashboards to support fact-based decisions, continuous improvement, future planning, and business performance.
Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining, engineering, visualization, and communication.
Define, establish, and actively monitor KPIs, metrics, and targets.
Work with Operations and Commercial teams to assess performance, identify root causes, create scenario models, and develop actionable insights.
Compare actual performance with plans, determine variances, communicate findings, and partner with stakeholders on strategic and operational improvement projects.
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for supply chain system, reporting, and modeling capabilities.
Identify, scope, and deliver initiatives to improve fill rates, business performance, and supply chain effectiveness.
Work with functional stakeholders to improve processes and procedures and adopt best practices.
Develop and maintain documentation for reports, processes, and models.
Champion and drive full utilization of new capabilities.
Train, coach, and lead staff in problem solving, communication, goal setting, and management skills.
Create a continuous-improvement environment that motivates direct reports to meet or exceed service and cost objectives.
Promote teamwork and collaboration through shared best practices, aligned processes, and proactive, transparent communication.
