About The Position

Bloom Energy is seeking a finance professional to partner with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Operations, and other cross-functional teams. The role supports financial planning and decision-making across supplier economics, material cost, inventory, working capital, and supply-chain performance. The Manager owns defined financial workstreams, develops analyses and recommendations, and works directly with business partners to improve financial outcomes and operating visibility. This is an individual-contributor role based in San Jose, California, reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Finance. It is fully onsite in the office five days per week. The position analyzes supplier prepayments, capacity arrangements, strategic deposits, and other nonstandard commercial proposals; develops business cases and scenario models; and tracks funding, repayments, exposure, and benefits. It also owns recurring material-cost, purchase-price-variance, sourcing-savings, and inventory analyses and forecasts. The role works with business partners to assess supplier and inventory decisions, identify working-capital opportunities and risks, and communicate financial implications and recommendations. The Manager serves as the primary finance partner for assigned Supply Chain or Sourcing workstreams, leads recurring reviews, and builds and maintains models, dashboards, and reporting processes. The role coordinates inputs across teams, resolves data issues, and supports practical process improvements. Success means delivering accurate, timely analysis and follow-through, providing actionable insights, connecting operational activity to financial outcomes, and identifying risks and opportunities early.
