About The Position

As a member of the Data Center Supply Chain team, the Manager of Supply Chain Analytics and Systems will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, managing key supply chain performance indicators, analyzing supply chain data, and architecting systems, tools, and models. This role will lead the supply chain data and systems strategy that enable data-driven decision-making, streamline and automate the process, and scale the operations to support the delivery of large-scale AI data center projects and meet rapidly growing organization needs.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of professional experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, information management, computer science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 5+ years of analytics, data science, and systems experience supporting Supply Chain, Procurement, or Finance; experience with data center, mission-critical infrastructure, or large-scale construction environments is a strong plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
  • Strong ability to manage and develop predictive modeling, forecasting, and master data management.
  • Strong working knowledge and experience with major ERP and SLM systems.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communications skills.
  • Adept at managing multiple simultaneous priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced development environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop supply chain and business intelligence datasets across sourcing, procurement, contracting, inventory, and logistics etc. to systematically track and analyze supply chain data.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, like Finance, Project Control, Site Ops to deliver data analysis requests.
  • Scale analysis solutions as business needs evolve.
  • Build and maintain Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboards and operational reports for leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen supply chain visibility, predictability, and operational excellence within the organization.
  • Identify, deploy, and maintain supply chain systems, tools, and platforms, like Oracle or Power BI or AI to reduce manual effort and transactional complexity.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for supply chain systems and digital transformation matters and provide training to the team members as needed.
  • Establish data center supply chain master data, including Bills of Materials, supplier master data, lead times, planning, inventory, delivery, etc.
  • Drive data quality and date-based decision making.
