About The Position

Manager Supplier Analytics Supports external customers in growing their core business with accurate and insightful data analysis, based on unique consulting expertise and or inclusive of managing direct reports to support these customers. Knowledge of and experience with industry software tools to create, edit, and analyze complex reports, graphs, and presentations. Client‑facing with a deep understanding of manufacturer and retailer processes, available data, and client objectives to create compelling narratives that drive results. Make sound decisions and take initiative and accountability for the accuracy of information. Independently take ownership of projects to completion by coordinating resources and leading direct reports as applicable. Resolve complex, non‑routine problems where no precedent exists with no supervision. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 6–8 years experience in relevant field
  • Experience using market and consumer data platforms to pull, analyze, and interpret data
  • Knowledge of consumer packaged goods data and ability to translate analysis into business‑driving insights
  • Understanding of retail and manufacturer processes, channels, and data applications
  • Client management skills including expectation setting, timeline management, and facilitation of regular check‑ins

Responsibilities

  • Leverage a broad range of data metrics, tools, and analytics to identify opportunities and deliver insights to customers and clients
  • Craft engaging, data‑driven stories that communicate findings, actionable tactics, and strategies in a clear and impactful way
  • Define major business opportunities by prioritizing information to support client, customer, and company goals
  • Build collaborative client relationships by engaging on key business issues and developing strategies, business cases, insights, and recommendations
  • Execute project management activities including schedules, deadlines, progress tracking, issue resolution, and timely delivery of outputs
  • Communicate with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions while providing business updates and tracking key performance indicators
  • Provide guidance to direct reports on analytic processes, data integration, and data interpretation while managing workload to ensure client satisfaction
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to support skill growth and professional objectives
  • Participate in job‑related training, internal meetings, and ad hoc analytical projects as needed
