About The Position

The Manager Supervision leads and coordinates the team of site supervisors, ensuring on-site activities are carried out safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and QHSE requirements. The role combines technical and managerial leadership to drive operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement while building collaboration among internal teams, subcontractors, and clients. The manager provides direction and support to site supervisors, oversees service delivery and project progress, and helps resolve critical technical issues on site. They work closely with Account Managers and project stakeholders to coordinate resources, manage changes and deviations, and ensure consistent implementation of safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Provide direction, guidance, and support to site supervisors, including communicating schedules, safety protocols, and project objectives.
Monitor site supervisor performance, conduct regular reviews, and address issues proactively.
Promote team development, motivation, and collaboration, and guide the team according to company Leadership Principles.
Collaborate with Account Managers and project stakeholders to plan and execute site activities in line with project timelines and budgets.
Track progress, manage change requests, and address deviations or claims efficiently.
Provide hands-on support with mechanical or welding tasks when needed to resolve critical on-site issues.
Coordinate internal teams and subcontractors to optimize resource utilization.
Ensure adherence to QHSE standards, internal policies, and external regulations across sites.
Review and enforce risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), ensuring site supervisors implement them effectively.
Maintain proactive communication with internal departments, clients, subcontractors, and other external stakeholders.
