About The Position

Under general direction of the Executive Director, Learning Experience, the Manager, Student Experiences owns the daily operations, programming, and institutional and industry partnerships of ASU's Tech Hub and Creativity Commons. This role translates Student Experiences' winning aspiration — being the essential resource for students developing the creative and technical capabilities that support lifelong exploration and use of technology — into delivered programming, measurable student engagement, and sustained partnerships across ASU's campuses. This includes leading a student employee team and Management Intern across all active campus locations; designing programming — including student-facing hackathons — that moves beyond device support toward outcomes-focused coaching; building referral-generating partnerships with EOSS units such as Career and Professional Development Services and Orientation/Fall Welcome; and growing industry sponsor investment in student-facing work in partnership with ET Affairs. As with all members of the Enterprise Technology team, this role carries core responsibilities, including fostering a sense of belonging and cultivating a culture that is relational, visionary, and empowering. With a strong emphasis on authenticity and compassion, this position is dedicated to embodying and advancing our culture.
