About The Position

This role owns the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of the International GROW program - Starbucks global framework for measuring operational excellence and brand compliance across 24,000 stores in 90 markets. The role serves as the analytical and operational lead for one of the International business's highest-priority initiatives, driving program execution, stakeholder alignment, performance insights, and continuous enhancement to support growth across global markets. Success in this role requires a unique blend of analytics expertise, strategic business judgment, stakeholder management, and operational execution. The ideal candidate can translate large-scale performance data into actionable insights for senior leaders while partnering closely with regional teams to resolve data issues, manage compliance processes, and continuously improve the framework.

Requirements

  • 4+ years progressive responsibility in data analysis and modeling, strategic consulting, developing and delivering presentations to executive level audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience includes working with large datasets and familiarity with SQL, Python, R, or other analytical tools

Responsibilities

  • Design and enhance performance measurement approaches, including KPIs, scoring methodologies, and reporting
  • Analyze performance trends and key business drivers to generate insights that inform strategic priorities and operational improvements
  • Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations that translate complex business issues into clear actions and opportunities
  • Lead cross-functional problem solving by defining business issues, guiding analysis, generating insights, and resolving data and reporting challenges
  • Partner with Operations, Enterprise Data & Analytics, Technology, and market leaders to improve performance visibility and support data-driven decision making
  • Own the execution, governance, and continuous improvement of the International performance management framework
