About The Position

The Manager of Strategic Partnerships plays a critical role within Wunderkind’s sales organization. As part of the Referral Team, you will conduct in-depth research on prospective partners and develop creative strategies to engage decision-makers within Wunderkind’s current client base as well as external thought leaders in the space. This role is focused on initiating conversations with high-quality potential partners, which ideally drive new business and support overall revenue growth. Success is measured by monthly quota attainment and alignment with Wunderkind’s core values, rather than daily activity metrics.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of full-time post-graduate experience, ideally in sales or a client-facing role
  • Analytical and metrics-driven mindset with a strong willingness to learn and be coached
  • Strong research capabilities and ability to build authentic relationships with C-suite stakeholders

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a Partnership / Relationship Marketing or similar sales role, ideally within martech or SaaS (open to diverse backgrounds)
  • Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in sales

Responsibilities

  • Support the referral pipeline by building and executing partner prospecting strategies through detailed research and highly personalized outreach
  • Engage target partners across multiple channels, including email, gifting, corporate events, and more
  • Onboard and ramp new partners into the referral pipeline
  • Plan and execute quarterly events for referral partners
  • Act as a liaison between New Business Sales, Marketing, and B2B/agency partnerships
  • Partner with Directors of Business Development and BDAs to introduce qualified prospects through strategic referrals
