About The Position

About the team: The Ops Support Design Execution Team shapes the in-store experience by designing checkout areas, tenant spaces, backrooms, and Pickup locations across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. This team develops innovative design solutions that enhance both associate and customer journeys, ensuring operational efficiency and effective space allocation. Collaborating closely with multiple departments, the team supports business strategies through project management and retail design expertise. Their work elevates store environments, aligning with company goals to create functional, welcoming spaces that drive performance and improve overall store operations.

Requirements

Proven expertise in design leadership with the ability to develop and implement innovative store design solutions.
Strong skills in space allocation and maximizing operational efficiencies within retail environments.
Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across merchandising, marketing, operations, and realty.
Ability to translate business strategies into actionable design plans that enhance customer experience and drive sales profitability.
Proficiency in project management, including overseeing design implementation and ensuring adherence to standards and guidelines.
Commitment to continuous improvement, leveraging data and feedback to optimize design outcomes and operational effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in drafting technology, computer aided drafting, drafting and design technology, architectural design, or related field and 1 year experience in retail store design or related field OR 3 years experience in retail store design or related field.
