The Sponsorship Strategy team plays a central role in shaping Audacy’s monetization strategy across content categories. By developing repeatable, high-impact sponsorship solutions, we ensure our sellers—regardless of level or channel—are equipped with compelling, consistent opportunities that align with marketplace trends and advertiser needs. Our focus is on scale, simplicity, and strategic alignment. As a Manager of Sponsorship Strategy at Audacy, you’ll support the development and enablement of sponsorship opportunities across all content verticals. Your role is to collaborate with strategy leads, marketing, programming, and sales to ensure offerings are well-positioned, easy to sell, and tailored to client demand. You’ll contribute to packaging, insights, and internal communications, helping to scale successful sponsorship products across enterprise, local, and multi-market sellers.
