About The Position

Requirements

  • 3–8+ years of experience in insurance, financial services, or a related analytical/technical field.
  • Experience with product implementation, pricing, or system deployment.
  • Prior experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage highly technical processes.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive execution.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Familiarity with data-driven environments (e.g., SQL, data validation workflows, analytics tools).
  • Understanding of insurance pricing concepts (rates, factors, filings).
  • Execution-focused with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Adaptable and able to manage shifting priorities.
  • Collaborative, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of new product launches and pricing changes.
  • Translate business requirements into system-ready implementations.
  • Drive delivery across multiple states, products, and timelines.
  • Establish and oversee rigorous validation and testing processes.
  • Confirm deployed changes behave as expected in production (e.g., rate impacts, eligibility, tiering).
  • Lead issue resolution when discrepancies arise between requirements and system outputs.
  • Oversee a pipeline of product updates, enhancements, and corrections.
  • Prioritize work across competing business needs and timelines.
  • Coordinate patching, updates, and iterative improvements post-launch.
  • Partner with Pricing, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Lead kickoff meetings, align on requirements, and ensure clear communication throughout execution.
  • Act as the central point of accountability for deployment readiness and delivery.
  • Ensure alignment between deployed changes and filed materials.
  • Support teams in preparing documentation related to pricing and product changes.
  • Partner with regulatory teams to enable smooth state-level approvals and launches.
  • Develop standardized processes for deployment, validation, and rollout.
  • Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Help define team structure, workflows, and best practices as the function grows.
  • Manage and develop a team of analysts responsible for product deployment.
  • Coach team members on technical execution, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
  • Balance team workload across multiple concurrent rollout and revision efforts.
