REYNOLDS AMERICAN has an exciting opportunity for a Manager Special Markets in Winston – Salem, NC. The Manager – Special Markets will manage Order-To Cash (OTC) processes for Special Markets, including Overseas Military, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Guam/Saipan. The Manager - Special Markets will also support the OTC process for U.S. Travel Retail and Puerto Rico. Duties include customer service support, order fulfilment, product conversion requests, managing export transportation bookings, customer billings, and related Tax documentation support.

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail
SAP and/or logistics experience required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures and global teams
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on a small team
Willingness to challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2-5 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Export Operations, International Trade, Sales Operations, Customer Service, or a related field.

Responsibilities

Manage Markets and Customer Accounts, as assigned, through the OTC processes to ensure order fulfillment, delivery exception resolution and any credit issuances.
Understand the unique portfolio of products for assigned markets and the nuances of all markets.
Manage duty-free SKU conversion requests.
Maintain strong working knowledge of export documentation including invoices, packing lists, TTB forms and bills of lading, and U.S. CBP EEI filing, ensuring all are compliant with U.S. Government regulations.
Maintain a strong working relationship with the Tax Department, RJR Logistics, warehouses and Special Markets - Field Trade Marketing.
Assist Lead Manager with system testing for pricing updates as well as all IT process changes for SAP and Order Direct as required.
Manage freight payments and submissions for duty-free shipments.
Communicate any delays or lost shipments to customers.
