About The Position

The Manager of Spa & Wellness is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Spa and Fitness Center, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to the highest standards of service. This role involves managing staff, maintaining facilities, and implementing wellness programs that align with the brand's commitment to luxury and well-being.

Requirements

• Passion for the health and wellness industry partnered with extensive knowledge of wellness trends, products, and equipment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience in motivating and developing a diverse team.
• Understanding of sustainability within the spa and wellness industries and ability to improve upon existing sustainability practices.
• Innovative thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Familiarity with spa and fitness software systems, enhancing operational efficiency.
• 2-4 years of management experience in a luxury spa or wellness setting.
• A degree in hospitality management, wellness, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations of the spa and fitness facilities, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience for guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and ambiance of all areas, coordinating with housekeeping and engineering teams as necessary.
• Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, including emergency response procedures.
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about the latest trends and techniques.
• Address guest feedback promptly and effectively, implementing improvements as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.
